Description
Managers plan weekly by assigning employees to specific time slots. Employees can submit shift preferences, which managers can accept or reject. Managers publish shift plans for employee approval and can send messages or make calls to employees.
ShiftsMaster is a very simple and interactive application, which allow the manager to plan the next week shifts in few minutes. All shifts control is done via one screen. Manager can assign employees from the employees list to specific shifts, employees can send their preferences for shifts and manager can accept or reject employees request. After planning, the manager can publish the plan to all employees and wait for employees approval. Manager can also send a massage or call employee directly from the application.

אחמ"ש היא אפליקציה אינטרקטיבית, פשוטה לניהול משמרות ע"י מנהל. האפליקציה מאוד נוחה ואינטואיטיבית לתפעול, מאפשרת למנהל לקבל מהעובדים את העדפותיהם למשמרות לשבוע הקרוב. המנהל יכול לאשר או לא לאשר לעובד את המשמרות, העובד מאשר את המשמרות אותם אישר המנהל. המנהל יכול גם ליזום פניה לעובד מסויים דרך האפליקציה, והעובד מאשר אם הוא מעוניין. ניתן לשלוח הודעות בתוך האפליקציה. המנהל גם יכול לתת ציונים לעובדים ולשבץ באופן אוטומטי, כאשר האפליקציה תיתן עדיפות לעובדים בעלי דירוג גבוה.
