LILY Clinician Assistant

LILY, the clinician assistant by Delta Care Rx and SMARTMD, makes it possible for hospice clinicians to leverage technology in creating dynamic and effective palliative and/or end of life care solutions. LILY utilizes all of the information, tools, and services found within the existing Delta e-Tools suite of software that already integrates with almost every major hospice electronic medical record, while adding a totally new and convenient means by which patient visit preparation, charting, common workflow can occur. Through a partnership with SMARTMD, the LILY app is another example of how Delta Care Rx serves as so much more than a pharmacy partner.
