This is an application very useful for support staff to fill important data as a part of customer visit. Using the submitted data time sheet reports, invoices can be generated. Since this is a iPhone app it becomes very handy and easier than typing whole data based on hand written reports. Customer's signature can also be added thus can be very useful as a part of service evidence and acceptance.
