طورت بوابة "متصل" لتكون البوابة الموحدة لخدمات هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية لتخدم البوابة عدة مستفيدين على مستوى الأفراد او الجهات الخاصة او الحكومية بهدف تحسين جودة وكفاءة الخدمات الإلكترونية ورفع مستوى رضا المستفيدين وتوحيد التجربة الرقمية للمستفيد بشكل حديث ومميز. "Mutasil" portal has been developed to be the unified portal for the services of the Communications, Space and Technology Commission, to serve the portal several beneficiaries at the level of individuals, private or government agencies, with the aim of improving the quality and efficiency of electronic services, raising the level of beneficiaries' satisfaction and unifying the digital experience of the beneficiary in a refreshing and better way.
