Description
Allows users to submit questions, complaints, or compliments to the City. Attach location via GPS and include photos using the device's camera. Reports are sent to relevant departments and users receive updates on actions taken.
Engage SSF lets you contact the City using your smart phone or tablet. You can send us a question, post a complaint about something we are not doing right, or give us kudos for a job well done. Using your device’s GPS, you can upload a specific location (if required) and with the use of its camera, you can attach a picture, as well. Once submitted, report will be routed to the appropriate department within the City and you will be notified when action is taken. Community members can also follow and comment on your submission. Engage SSF makes it easier than ever to reach out to the City!
