How to enroll in Mobiliti™ with The Eastern Colorado Bank: Mobiliti™ is free, but web connectivity and usage rates may apply. BillPay and Popmoney may also have additional fees. To use The Eastern Colorado Bank Mobiliti™ App, you must first be enrolled in Personal Online Banking. Visit https://www.yourfriendlybank.com to enroll. Login to Personal Online Banking and go to the Options menu. There you will see the option to enroll in Mobiliti™.
