Fusion Voyager

Fusion Voyager™ is an extension of the Dolbey Fusion Suite™ dictation, transcription, and speech recognition platform to support iOS mobile dictation. This application allows clinicians to securely create dictations and transmit them to a Fusion dictation server for transcription or speech recognition. Fusion Voyager™ is available exclusively for clinicians authorized by Dolbey’s Fusion customers. Requirements: * Fusion Text® or a Fusion Voice® system with the Fusion Voyager™ server module * User name and password (assigned by your organization’s Fusion Voyager™ server administrator) Features: * Download a schedule of patients from the Fusion server * Manually enter patient demographics or scan a barcode to capture information * Automatically and reliably transmit dictations over cellular or Wi-Fi networks * Easy to use interactive sound recording graph * Capture dictations while connected to Fusion server or offline * Option to save dictations as drafts * Option to flag dictations as priority to expedite the routing to transcription * High quality dictation recording format for optimal listening clarity and back-end speech recognition * Configurable dictation prompts (i.e. work type, department, and location) * Group settings and security options configurable from the Fusion Voyager™ server module * HIPAA security features include: user name and password authentication, inactivity timeouts, auto lock-outs, complex password options, encrypted local storage (AES 256) and encrypted transmission over the network (SSL + AES 256), uniquely assigned user encryption keys, device connection authorization, and device audit trails
