Each level begins with a lesson that explains a different type of syllable. After your training, practice chopping up giant hotdogs and vegetables to split words into their syllable chunks. At the end of the level, have fun playing the Gorilla Challenge to earn your headband and test your Chimp Fu skills. As you climb the tower levels, the words become tougher but you will learn to recognise every syllable type, improving reading ability. Get a giant boost to reading confidence as you advance from simple cvc-cvc words to being able to read long multi-syllable words. Children benefit from learning to recognise and split syllables from 6+ years.
