DRT Performance Tix's door scanning app provides functionality to make ticketing scanning faster and easier.* The app will scan tickets and let you know if the ticket is valid, invalid, or if it's been scanned previously. It also allows the ticket taker to look up orders by order number, name, phone number, and credit card. To improve scanning speed, an external barcode reader may be used in conjunction with the app. You can scan in online or offline mode, and it is compatible with DRT's QR Code tickets and barcode tickets. The app also has a merchandise mode, for scanning DRT's merchandise vouchers. To use the app you will need the "show code" provided within your administration.
