My Mind is an application to support people who have been diagnosed with a mental health condition and help them take control. It includes information about mental health conditions and the type of treatment and medication provided in a simple, easy to understand jargon-free way. All information is supported by clips from local specialist clinicians and leaflets provided at appointments are also available via this application. My Mind maps mental health recovery services in the Western Trust area including contact details for relevant local services.
