The app allows customers to track solution partners and purchased programs. Solution partners can access demo and technical support requests, and users can find regional partners and request demos.
This is the official AKINSOFT application. Our customers can track their solution partners, purchased programs and modules, request R&D, and quickly submit their requests and suggestions through the application. Our solution partners can log in with their own dealer code and password, and instantly access demo and technical support requests directed to them. They can enter explanations into demo and technical support records, and redirect to their desired sub-dealers. Users who are not yet our customers or solution partners can access detailed information about AKINSOFT and its programs, reach solution partners in their region, and request a demo.
