Natural Cycles places birth control into your own hands.
Natural Cycles is a scientifically-proven birth control option alongside the pill, IUD and the condom. 93% effective with typical use, and 98% effective with perfect use. The scientific study that determined Natural Cycles' effectiveness is one of the largest of its kind, with 15,000 women and 600,000 menstrual cycles. It was peer reviewed and published in the renowned journal Contraception.*

Natural Cycles is more than just a birth control app, the app Natural Cycles also helps users who are trying to conceive with natural family planning.. Natural Cycles can help you plan a pregnancy by tracking your basal body temperature to predict ovulation and tell you when you are most fertile. As you continue to enter your temperature, our algorithm will understand your cycle better and can predict ovulation to tell when you are most fertile.

Measure your body temperature with a basal thermometer and add your data.
Natural Cycles works by users taking their basal body temperature each morning and then adding your data into our app to help us analyze your menstrual calendar. Your temperature changes during your cycle are significant in predicting your fertile window. A basal thermometer is included with our annual subscription or can be bought as an add-on to our monthly subscription.

The app supports syncing with Apple Health.
