Description
The app provides a decision support tool for healthcare professionals and patient educators. It helps ESRD patients make informed decisions about kidney failure treatment options by presenting risk prediction models.
The iCHOOSE mobile application and corresponding website is expected to serve as a decision support tool for nephrologists, primary care physicians, social workers, nurses, and/or patient educators to use with ESRD patients to help improve informed decision making for kidney failure treatment options. Risk prediction models for mortality on dialysis of kidney transplantation are presented.
