FoldTick

For iPhone Duo only. Give your Duo an odometer. You know that satisfying feeling of folding your Duo closed? Now you can put a number on it. FoldTick turns your everyday folds into a beautifully crafted split-flap counter, widgets that feel right at home, and a growing picture of how you use your Duo. A COUNTER WITH CHARACTER Watch your lifetime total grow on a graphite split-flap display inspired by mechanical counters. Collect milestones along the way, from your first fold to the next big number. YOUR COUNT, WHERE YOU WANT IT Bring FoldTick to your Home Screen and Lock Screen. Choose a compact counter, a medium widget with today and yesterday side by side, or a wide counter that gives the numbers center stage. Show today's folds or your all-time total. SEE HOW YOUR DAY UNFOLDS Find your busiest folding hours, compare the last seven days, and explore a 30-day calendar with a count for every day. Recent activity puts your latest folds into a neat timeline of time tiles. SET IT UP. LET IT TICK. New to Shortcuts? The illustrated guide walks you through creating one closing automation in a few simple steps. Once configured, its Record Fold action can keep count while FoldTick is off-screen, including while your Duo is locked after its first unlock. JUST YOUR FOLDS No account. No ads. No subscriptions. No analytics service. Your fold history stays on your device. IMPORTANT COMPATIBILITY AND SETUP FoldTick is designed exclusively for iPhone Duo. Automatic fold counting requires iPhone Duo with iOS 27.1 or later and one enabled closing automation in Apple's Shortcuts app. Other iPhone models do not support the required closing trigger. Each closing action delivered by Shortcuts adds one fold cycle. Counting starts after setup; earlier folds and actions not delivered by Shortcuts cannot be recovered. iOS schedules automatic widget updates, so widgets may lag behind the saved count. Use the widget refresh control to request the latest saved value. FoldTick is an independent app and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. iPhone Duo is a trademark of Apple Inc.
