Sync. is a simple project tracker for people running more than one thing at once. Add your projects, add the tasks for each one, and see everything in one to-do list. Check things off from your iPhone, your Mac or your wrist, and it's already updated everywhere else. ONE TO-DO LIST - Every task from every project in one list, today first. Press and hold to drag tasks into priority order, or view them grouped by project. PROJECTS - Each project gets its own board with To Do, Doing and Done, plus a sprint or phase label so you know what you're working toward. CALENDAR - Give each weekday its focus projects, plan which tasks you'll work on which day, and switch between week and month views. Want it in your regular calendar? Turn it on and your plan appears in Apple Calendar, or a Google Calendar added to it. REPEATING TASKS - Weekly check-ins, monthly reports, quarterly invoices. Check one off and it disappears, then comes back on its next date automatically. SHARE A PROJECT - Invite someone to a single project.
