Glucosurfer

Since 2007, the project Glucosurfer.org offers online services to manage your diabetes diary. It has been developed BY diabetics FOR diabetics. Glucosurfer’s unique features include: usable anonymously, free of charge for online services and descriptive diagrams for analysis. With the App for iPhone you can access all of our online services and can update your glucose diary on the go. Features from insulin pumps are integrated to make your life easier - like the Bolus Wizard or the calculation of Insulin on Board (IOB). The Glucosurfer will accept glucose in mg/dL or mmol/L and carbohydrates in exchange units or gram. Please visit our website www.glucosurfer.org for more information. As a patient, you are responsible for determining your own insulin dose. The following link will take you to the basics of dose calculation for intensified insulin therapy for type 1 and 2 diabetes. Please note that the settings of our app for dosage calculation must be adapted to your individual needs.
