Puppet Theater: Your Stage

Open a handmade theater and make a story of your own. On iPhone Duo, the stage sits above the controls when you fold the phone into a tabletop theater. Choose your cast, set the scene, and let the show begin. A CAST WITH CHARACTER Choose one to three felt puppets from 17 animals, including Lion, Panda, Dragon, Unicorn, and Border Collie. Change their expressions, make them talk as you speak, play their animal sounds, or record a short custom sound just for that character. Dress them with hats, things to hold, and big props like a lemonade stand or bicycle. PERFORM TOGETHER Move a puppet with its control pad or drag it across the stage. Bring characters in through the curtains, then bow, hop, wave, react, and exit. Make the whole cast dance or celebrate, or let two puppets share a high five or hug. There are no scores, levels, or required endings. Children can play freely and decide what happens next. SET THE SCENE Explore 29 felt-inspired backgrounds in Storybook and Around the World collections. Visit a farm, castle, beach, underwater world, or outer space. Set a story in London, Beijing, New York, and other recognizable places. Change the scenery during a performance without stopping the show. ADD SOUND AND SPARKLE Play animal sounds and show effects such as applause, a bell, or a drumroll. Choose music and a separate background ambience, from a quiet forest to a bustling city. Add a spotlight, rain, stars, or confetti when the moment calls for it. NEED A STORY IDEA? Set the Stage can prepare suggested puppets, scenery, props, and background sound while leaving the story in your hands. SAVE YOUR SHOW Record a performance with or without narration, then watch it again in your theater. Without Narration does not save your voice. If Auto Mouth is on, the microphone may still be used temporarily to move puppet mouths; turn it off to perform without microphone use. Shows and custom animal sounds are stored in the app and are not uploaded by Puppet Theater. After a grown-up check, an adult can save a video to Photos.
