Description
Record flight hours, track your assigned APART requirements and see what remains in each semiannual period and training year.
Start with your birth month, aircraft, crew category, roles and existing hours. You can enter aggregate starting hours without recreating every earlier flight. Keep Day, Night unaided, NVG, Apache NS, Hood, Weather and Simulator totals separate. Record flight evaluations and academics with dates and optional notes. Import detailed CAFRS FlightData XLSX through a review screen.
Use editable unit requirements, a searchable flight log and a dashboard that shows progress and deadlines. Export the selected APART year or all years as a flight-log CSV, or export a fillable ATP closeout PDF, with a destination you choose. APART can reimport its own CSV through duplicate review. Create backup saves all logbook years, profiles, requirements, results, currency and display theme to a user-chosen JSON file; Restore backup validates it and asks before replacement. Schedule and reminders are excluded. Reset APART offers backup first, then explicitly confirmed local erasure. The PDF fills matching saved fields and leaves official signatures and administrative confirmations blank.
Plan with the built-in two-week Schedule calendar. Add a date and departure manually, or review possible assignments from PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV/TSV or an image. Enter your last name and, where needed, first name or initial. Import works on the device and requires personal confirmation; layouts and ambiguous dates or times may need corrections. Optional local reminders ask you to check the latest unit schedule. Scheduled flights do not add logbook hours.
Aircraft currency starts at an editable 60-day interval; enter the qualifying flight date. NVG currency intervals and actions are entered from the user’s unit guidance. Hoist is an optional assignment for H-60, CH-47 and UH-72 aircraft; after selecting it, enter the last live hoist date or record a Live hoist flight task. Default thresholds are 120 days for currency/PFE and 180 days for refresher training. Aircraft selection never enables hoist by itself. Add other rolling currencies with a name, interval and optional refresher threshold. Track them for all aircraft or one aircraft, record completion and keep the date history. Turning a currency off keeps its history.
APART is a personal tracking aid by Dustoff Designs LLC. Verify requirements, currency and credit against your assigned unit plan and official records. It is not an official Army record or a certification of qualification. No account, advertising or subscription is required.
