Paint & Fold

Remember folding a sheet of paper over a blob of wet paint, then peeling it open to find a butterfly? Paint & Fold brings that moment to your phone, using the fold itself as the press. PAINT Drop thick blobs of colour with a tap, or drag for thinner trails. Paint on one side or both. PRESS Close your phone like a book. The paint squashes between the two halves, just like the real thing. PEEL Open it back up and watch your print peel apart from the crease. Every print is a surprise: bright blots, frayed edges, patchy thin spots and ridges where the halves pulled apart. No two are ever the same. HOW YOU CLOSE IT MATTERS Close it slowly for tight, tidy blots. Close it a little quicker and the paint spreads wide into big, bold shapes. Leave it closed a little longer for extra bleed. KEEP GOING Paint over a finished print and fold it again to build up layers.
