Description
Small steps. Clear plans. A routine that fits your life.
Adaptive Metabolic Reset (AMR) is a guided 30-day wellness program from Adaptive Health Intelligence LLC. Explore food, hydration, movement, rest, and stress awareness. Notice your routines, try a manageable action, and decide what works for you.
Use AMR on its own or alongside the Insulin Reset app and The Insulin Reset e-book.
FIVE WELLNESS AREAS
Nourish: Explore food choices, meal routines, and eating awareness.
Hydrate: Connect water or an appropriate drink to a familiar event.
Move: Plan comfortable movement and smaller alternatives.
Restore: Observe sleep patterns and practice wind-down routines.
Regulate: Notice stress, plan around barriers, and restart without judgment.
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS EACH DAY
Learn: Read one practical idea.
Act: Try an action or a smaller version.
Notice: Describe what helped or got in the way.
Track: Save your answers, confidence ratings, and reflections.
A PROGRAM YOU CAN MAKE YOUR OWN
Explore 30 guided activities with clear instructions, illustrative examples, and safety notes. Follow the recommended sequence or revisit any day.
Connect a drink to lunch or a movement break to the end of a task. Identify barriers and prepare a smaller option for busy days. Observation-only entries count as learning, too.
Checkpoints help you review your experience and choose what to keep, change, or release. Finish with three personal anchors and a restart rule you can return to when life changes. Adapt activities to your ability, schedule, resources, and care plan.
SEE AND SAVE YOUR PRACTICE
View completed activities across all five areas. Review confidence ratings, common barriers, and recent reflections. Completion totals describe your practice, not a medical result.
Set an optional daily reminder on your device. Export progress, answers, and reflections as a readable PDF for your records or to share with someone you choose.
GROUNDED IN BEHAVIOR-CHANGE THEORY
AMR uses selected Health Belief Model (HBM) and Social Cognitive Theory (SCT) concepts. Questions about personal benefits, barriers, cues, and confidence are paired with examples, action planning, and self-monitoring.
AMR also explains DMAIC: Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control. This quality-improvement method means naming a goal, observing patterns, examining barriers, trying a change, and reviewing what works. It is not a clinical theory.
Explore research references and their limitations in the evidence library. Theory-informed design does not mean AMR has been clinically validated.
PART OF YOUR INSULIN RESET TOOLKIT
The products have different roles:
AMR: Guided daily practice, reflection, and planning.
Insulin Reset app: Optional tracking of fasting, meals, hydration, movement, and wellness measures.
The Insulin Reset e-book: Educational reading about lifestyle behaviors and well-being.
The companion app and e-book are separate products, not included or required. AMR does not automatically synchronize data with them.
YOUR ENTRIES, YOUR CONTROL
No account is required. Your AMR entries are stored locally on your device. The core program works offline; external resources need internet access. You choose whether to export, share, or delete your entries. Exported PDFs may include private notes and are not password-protected.
IMPORTANT WELLNESS INFORMATION
AMR provides general-wellness education, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not assess insulin resistance, manage diabetes, prescribe fasting, interpret glucose readings, or recommend medication changes. It does not promise weight loss or disease reversal.
Follow your clinician's guidance about food, fluids, movement, and rest. Adapt or skip activities when needed. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before health-related changes.
Start small. Notice what fits. Keep learning.
