Description
CPR Guide supports adult CPR with a timer, metronome and spoken prompts, helping you follow a rhythm and keep track of elapsed time while waiting for professional responders.
TWO CPR MODES
Choose Hands-Only compressions or 30:2 with breaths. The 30:2 mode is intended for trained rescuers and alternates compression and ventilation phases with distinct colors and audio prompts.
RHYTHM AND TIMING
A metronome scheduled at 110 beats per minute, audio and haptic feedback, a large elapsed-time display and a two-minute progress ring. Spoken prompts support starting, continuing compressions and switching rescuers. Beat counts represent scheduled beats, not sensor-measured compressions or compression quality.
CONFIRM YOUR EMERGENCY REGION
The app provides 911 for the United States and 120 for mainland China after you confirm your region. Display language does not determine the number. For an unlisted region, the app displays and speaks no emergency number and directs you to use a nearby phone to call local emergency services. Timing and metronome guidance remain available.
LOCK SCREEN AND DYNAMIC ISLAND
Live Activities show elapsed time, mode and running or paused state, with pause and resume controls. Spoken prompts and metronome audio can continue in the background. Calls and system audio interruptions may temporarily stop sound while timing continues.
APPLE WATCH
Start independently on Apple Watch or follow a paired iPhone session through WatchConnectivity. Without phone-authorized regional settings, the watch asks for brief consent before its first independent start and provides guidance without a phone number. Synchronization and automatic foreground launch depend on connectivity, device state and system settings. Background sound and haptics are subject to watchOS runtime limits.
LANGUAGES AND ACCESSIBILITY
English and Simplified Chinese interface and voice prompts, Dynamic Type and VoiceOver support. Other system languages fall back to English.
PRIVACY AND PURCHASE
Core guidance does not require an internet connection or account. No personal information is uploaded to developer-operated servers. Configuration and technical synchronization records stay on your devices; paired use exchanges session state between your phone and watch. One-time purchase with no ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.
IMPORTANT
For adults who are unresponsive and not breathing normally. This version does not provide child or infant CPR guidance. Make sure the scene is safe, contact local emergency services immediately, and follow the emergency dispatcher and AED instructions.
This app is not a medical device and does not replace formal CPR training or professional emergency guidance. It does not diagnose conditions, measure compression quality or guarantee a rescue outcome. Use is at your own risk.
