Label Doc is a complete field-documentation toolkit that stores everything privately on your device — no account, no cloud, works fully offline.
Stamp photos with the facts: date, time, GPS location with place name, sequence number, job label, comments, custom fields and your own logo. Then turn stamped photos into professional deliverables — proof-of-work reports, before/after comparisons, collages, invoices and narrated photo stories.
LABEL & PHOTO EDITOR Shoot or upload, then stamp. Choose the layout (framed, overlay, engraved, transparent), font, size and a colour per line — label, date, number, location, custom field and comment. Add filters, crop, freehand drawing, arrows and callouts, emoji markers, your SVG logo and a copyright mark. Drop voice-memo pins on the image, set a reminder, or file the shot under a named job. Save four presets so every photo on a job matches.
PROOF OF WORK Build a job record on site: before, progress and after photos, a checklist, places, notes and a client signature. Export one clean PDF report. Every job gets its own QR code and barcode for filing and scanning.
BEFORE & AFTER, COLLAGE, SERIES, WATERMARK Put two photos side by side with separate times and notes for each. Lay several photos on one sheet. Turn a set of photos into a short narrated clip at low, medium or high resolution. Batch-stamp a watermark across images. Each tool keeps its own saved-work library, with preview, share and delete.
