There is more than one voice inside you: the one that keeps watch, the one that plans, the one that is afraid, the one that dreams. AltersOne gives them a place to talk to each other. AltersOne is a messaging app with yourself. Create your participants — your inner parts —, give them a name, a colour, a role, then let the conversation unfold just like in your favourite messaging app. Switch the point of view and the thread flips: every part reads the conversation from its own seat. YOUR PARTS, THEIR ROLES • Roles inspired by the Internal Family Systems model (IFS): Host, Protector, Exile, Firefighter, Manager, Proxy — or any word of your own. • A colour or gradient per participant, with automatically generated initials. • Groups to organise larger systems, with a focus mode and compact pills. ONE CONVERSATION, MANY VOICES • Pick who is speaking with a single gesture, write, send: bubbles switch sides based on the active point of view. • Tell what is happening with stage directions: narration in the name of a group, shown in the centre of the thread. A JOURNAL OF STATES OF MIND • Every part can say how it feels, at any moment. • The Status tab shows at a glance who feels how, and keeps each participant's history.
