Description

FitContext turns the data your Apple Watch, sports watch and health apps already collect into clear training insights - on your device, under your control. TRAINING ANALYSIS - Heart-rate zones: a personal 5-zone model with per-workout time in zone, computed from your heart rate data - Training load: acute:chronic workload ratio (ACWR), CTL/ATL/TSB fitness-fatigue balance, monotony and strain, computed from your exercise sessions, distance, speed, power and calories - Recovery: a daily overview of resting heart rate, heart-rate variability (HRV), sleep and VO2 max trends to judge training readiness ALL YOUR SOURCES, ONE PICTURE FitContext reads your data from Apple Health, so it works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, Polar, Whoop, Fitbit and any other device or app that syncs to Apple Health. You can also connect intervals.icu with your own API key to pull in workouts and wellness data from Garmin, Polar, Suunto, COROS, Wahoo and more. When several sources write the same data, you choose which one wins per category. YOUR DATA, YOUR COACH Generate a structured training report and share it with whoever you trust - your coach, or the AI assistant of your choice (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini). FitContext has no built-in AI service, no account and no developer server: your health data stays on your device and leaves it only when you explicitly share a report. FOOD DIARY WITH AI ESTIMATES Log meals the way that suits you: snap a photo, add a note, search the built-in food database, scan a product barcode or photograph a nutrition label (read on your device). Want calories and macros estimated by AI? Share meals to the AI chat you already use and paste its reply back, or plug in your own OpenRouter API key for direct analysis - or skip AI entirely and log manually. You review every estimate before it lands in your diary. ALSO INCLUDED - Training goals with countdown - Blood-pressure logging - Built-in demo data, so you can explore every feature before connecting Apple Health - Full English and Polish localization FitContext is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
