ReceiTracker: Receipt Scanner

A simple expense tracker that starts with a photo of your receipt. ReceiTracker combines AI receipt scanning, voice, text, and manual entry. No account, bank connection, ads, or cross-app tracking. Your history and receipt photos remain on your device. ■ Four Ways to Record Expenses • Take a Photo AI extracts the merchant, items, amounts, and date from a receipt, then classifies the expense into categories such as groceries, dining, and household supplies. • Speak Describe several purchases in one sentence and create a separate record for each one. • Write Enter what you remember in everyday language and turn it into a structured receipt record. • Enter Manually Choose the merchant, amount, category, and other details yourself. Unsure of the amount? Mark it as approximate and correct it later. If you do not remember the merchant, save it as “Unknown Merchant.” ■ Build a Recording Habit ReceiTracker rewards consistency, not spending. Record at least once and the day counts toward your progress, regardless of how many expenses you enter or how much you spend. Add missed entries later without losing progress. On a day when you bought nothing, record “No spending” to count it as a zero-expense day. ■ Multiple Currencies Track yen, US dollars, euros, pounds, won, and other major currencies. Each receipt keeps its original currency, and totals are shown separately. Switch currencies while traveling without changing past records. ■ Charts, Calendar, and CSV Export Review spending by day, week, month, or year. Category charts show where your money went, while the calendar shows spending by date. Tap a category or date for details or to add a missed entry. Mark business or other eligible expenses and export selected records as a CSV file for expense reports, receipt organization, or tax preparation. ReceiTracker does not create bookkeeping entries or calculate tax classifications. It helps you collect, classify, and export records. ■ Receipt Photos Stay on Your Device Receipt photos are stored on your device and are not uploaded to iCloud. View them from your history or choose to clear them automatically after three months or one year. ■ Reminders and Languages An optional evening notification reminds you when nothing has been recorded that day. The app supports Japanese, English, and Chinese. It can scan Japanese receipts and display item names in English or Chinese. ■ Privacy and Scanning Options There is no account registration, bank or card connection, advertising, or tracking across other companies’ apps and websites. With ReceiTracker Pro, the selected receipt image is sent to Google Gemini through our server on Google Cloud Run in the Tokyo region. Neither the image nor its contents are stored on our server. The standard AI allowance is 12 receipts per day and 150 per month. Remaining scans are shown in Settings. You may add your own Gemini API key to scan without using the standard allowance. On-device OCR with Apple Vision is also available offline, although it extracts less information. ■ ReceiTracker Pro ReceiTracker Pro extracts the merchant, items, amounts, date, and category without requiring your own API key. Monthly and annual auto-renewing plans are available. Current localized prices, trial availability, introductory offers, and eligibility are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Introductory-offer eligibility is determined by Apple for the subscription group.
