Description
Team AI is a multi-model AI workspace for iPhone and iPad. Chat with the AI services you already use by adding your own API keys, or run any of 57 open models on your device with no connection. Build teams of agents that debate a question, keep a memory, ask questions of your own documents, and generate and edit images. It opens on one Home screen: recent chats, today's brief and tiles you pin yourself, with every tool in All tools.
WHERE YOUR DATA GOES
- No account is needed to use Team AI. No ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs. API keys stay in your Keychain.
- Cloud providers get your messages only when you pick one, after a notice.
- Privacy Shield, on by default, swaps names, emails, phone numbers, addresses and bank details for placeholders on your device before text goes to a cloud model, and puts them back in the reply.
- Chats can sync between your own Apple devices through your private iCloud; you can turn this off in Settings.
EVERY DAY
- Daily Brief: today's calendar, overdue reminders, weather, a nudge from your memory and your agents' latest results, put together on your device.
- Type / to use a skill, attach a file to it or combine two.
- Mini apps: ask for a small tool such as a tip calculator; it runs in a locked-down sandbox and can be pinned to Home.
- Study Mode turns a knowledge base into flashcards, quizzes and guided explanations, offline.
CHAT WITH ANY MODEL
- Bring your own keys: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, Ollama on your network, or any OpenAI-compatible service.
- Tables, typeset maths, branches, photos, PDFs and hands-free voice recognised on your device.
AGENTS AND ROUNDTABLES
- Create agents or start from 16 ready-made experts. Task agents ask before anything that writes data; standing agents run on a schedule on your device.
MEMORY, BACKUP, TOOLS
- Memory, knowledge bases that cite your files, images on your device or a service you connect.
- Backups to a file you keep, ChatGPT and Claude import, Face ID app lock.
- Built-in tools such as calculator, weather, calendar and web search; tools that change something ask first. Remote MCP servers with sign-in.
TEAM AI PLUS (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION)
Plus needs a Team AI account (Sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed link). Everything above works without it.
- Encrypted sync across iPhone, iPad and Mac, protected by a 24-word recovery phrase only you keep. If you lose the phrase and every device, nobody can recover your data.
- Share links: an encrypted, expiring link to a conversation, decision record or pack of agents. The key is in the link, not on our server.
- Team AI Included: replies without your own API key, within 300 messages a month. Chat text goes via Team AI's server to Google's Gemini API; Team AI does not store it.
- Always-on agents: up to 5 scheduled jobs on Team AI's server while your devices sleep. The server reads the prompt to run it (not end-to-end encrypted) and sends it to Google's Gemini API and a web search provider.
- Model Council: one question to up to four models; a judge scores each answer and can merge the best.
- Agents that start when a calendar event begins, you arrive at a saved place, the clipboard changes, or a Shortcut runs.
- Auto skills that switch on when a conversation needs them.
- Work Mode (needs Team AI for Mac): approve an assistant working on your Mac's folders.
AI replies can be wrong. You pay the AI services you connect directly.
TEAM AI PLUS SUBSCRIPTION
Auto-renewing, monthly or yearly; the price in your currency is shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
