To record a checkpoint, choose condition type, rate severity from clear to severe, and add situation context like "after cleanup" or "monthly check." Entries appear as condition tiles with tidy diagnostic icons and color-coded severity indicators. The Condition Ladder feature arranges all observations vertically by severity level from mild to severe, mimicking a collector's inspection sheet. View collection analytics with detailed breakdowns by condition type, severity trends, and activity patterns.
