Description
CommentView is a lightweight Safari extension for macOS that lets you preview top comments on YouTube before you click play.
How it works
Option + Click a YouTube video thumbnail or title to open a small popover with top comments.
Or right-click a YouTube video and select “Show top comments (…)" from the context menu.
Choose how many comments to show (1–20) and toggle Option + Click on/off anytime.
After installing, enable the extension in Safari → Settings → Extensions.
