This application is a secure password manager designed to protect your sensitive information. Your passwords or pin numbers are never stored but re-generated after authentication. Why UR-Vault? UR-Vault has been built primarily to provide complete privacy and security with transparency. # No personal data is collected or stored by UR-Vault. # No password or numeric pin that is generated for a website/service is stored. # No data can be exported out of UR-Vault in plain text. Features: # Login using Apple account. # Migrate passwords from other password managers # Generate passwords or numeric pins based on custom rules. # Query AI model for password rules for public websites. # Autofill passwords with browser integrations # Store the password generation settings based on custom rules to re-generate the same password later. # Change the password periodically or if it expires with the same generation settings. # Automatically syncs all password settings data between your different apple devices using same Apple ID. # Back up and restore generation settings with encryption when you want to sync data to non-Apple devices. Your data is protected with the following features: # Passwords are never stored. Your secret key or paraphrase required to re-generate the password is also not stored. # Password generation settings for every website with a SHA256 hash of the secret is stored securely in OS keychain. # Backup and Restore functionality encrypts/decrypts the data using AES-256 algorithm with an user provided secret. # Device authentication is required every time for viewing secrets or passwords. # The app is accessible only using a single Apple account. The first sign in determines the account having access to the App. The current account must be deleted from 'Settings' to switch accounts.
