The Allocation Dashboard
This screen is the heart of your financial plan, displaying where every dollar is supposed to go.
Spending Categories: Shows all your custom spending/saving categories (e.g., Rent, Groceries, Savings, Fun) with their assigned percentage allocation and a visual Icon.
Balance Management: The screen is initially empty. Users must set up categories before funds can be allocated.
Smart Adjustment Mechanic:
If you decrease the percentage of one category (e.g., reduce 'Groceries'), the app automatically and randomly increases the percentage of another existing category to maintain the 100% total.
If you increase the percentage of one category (e.g., boost 'Savings'), the app automatically and randomly decreases another existing category to balance the total. This forces thoughtful reallocation rather than just adding.
Adding a New Category
Title: Free text input for the category name (e.g., "Emergency Fund," "Taxes").
Percentage: Input field for the percentage (must be between 1 and 100).
Icon: A dropdown menu offering 20-30 pre-selected icons for visual representation.
Adding Funds
Here, the user inputs a specific sum of income (e.g., $1500 paycheck).
Automatic Split: This sum is automatically calculated and split across all defined categories on the main screen according to their saved percentages, instantly showing the dollar amount allocated to each goal.
