TechClient by Seltec is a professional tool designed for technicians, installers, and companies working in electronic security, networking, and IT. Its purpose is to centralize the management of clients, sites, devices, notes, diagrams, and technical reports in one place, offering an organized, fast, and reliable workflow. The application allows you to manage multiple clients and their different locations, record technical and operational information, document projects, and generate professional PDF reports ready to deliver to the end user. Everything is built with a focus on productivity, clarity, and standardization. TechClient simplifies advanced device registration and lookup. You can add equipment manually, through lists, or via bulk import using a range of IP addresses—ideal for large systems such as NVRs with dozens of cameras. Devices can be grouped by categories or custom groups to keep extensive lists efficiently organized. Each device can include brand, model, serial number, physical location, notes, credentials, and network information. The app generates professional PDF reports with technical formatting, including client reports, device reports, credential reports, notes, observations, and recommendations. Reports support multiple sites, device groups, and organized views to deliver complete and clear documentation. All reports are saved locally for quick access through the history log and can be exported or shared directly from the device. TechClient also includes a Diagram Library where users can store images, blueprints, and technical documents. Each file is stored on the user’s device to avoid unnecessary app storage usage and to allow easy access from other system tools. Integrated technical tools include a subnet calculator, password generator, IP address validator, and external web utilities to review public IP and open ports. Users can create smart notes to document visits, maintenance, installations, and important events within each site. Information can be exported or backed up manually, and the app is prepared for future multi-device synchronization via CloudKit.
