It centralizes shift packets, CCTV review, daily reporting, weekly ordering summaries, and monthly performance files into one streamlined app. For Employees Employees can quickly submit their end-of-shift packet, including: • Cash count photo • Sales report photo • Scratcher count video • Optional notes All uploads are validated, sanitized, timestamped, and tied to the correct store for accurate reporting. For Operations Managers (Inventory + Ordering Team) This team manages store operations (not surveillance). Managers can: • Upload daily activity reports • Submit weekly ordering summaries • Upload monthly performance files • Attach documents, images, or videos • Maintain consistent operational oversight across stores Operational submissions appear under the “Operations” category inside the reporting workspace. For Surveillance Reviewers (CCTV Team) The surveillance team works separately from operations.
