Care seekers can:
- Post one-time or recurring shifts for PSWs, nurses, and other care providers
- Filter caregivers by role, experience, location, availability, and rate
- View verified profiles, credentials, and reviews
- Send and receive booking requests
- Chat securely in-app to confirm shift details
- Receive real-time notifications when caregivers apply, confirm, or update shifts
- Pay securely through the app once shifts are completed
Caregivers can:
- Browse and apply for open shifts that match their skills and schedule
- Accept bookings and manage their calendar in one place
- View shift details, locations, and special instructions
- Track past and upcoming shifts and earnings
