Raefn provides exercise professionals with tools and skills for designing exercise to develop and maintain lifelong physical resilience.
The Raefn Cues app provides a range of customisable cues and prompts for directing and/or pacing exercise tasks. It is intended for use as a tool in conjunction with appropriately designed exercises, to add cognitive challenge, dual tasking, variety and fun to dynamic balance and motor control exercises.
The minimalist design of the app allows for a great deal of flexibility in terms of its application. The app can be used not only with the exercises in the included online exercise video library, but with virtually any customised exercise tasks. A series of "how-to" video tutorials for using the app is available via the Raefn website at www.raefn.com.au/cuesapp. Access to the basic exercise library is included with purchase of the app, and can also be accessed via the Cues app page on the Raefn website.
The app can be used by exercise professionals during individual or group sessions, and can also be used by clients at home to direct their prescribed exercises. Please note that the app is designed as a utility tool and does not have capacity for in-app programming/exercise prescription or data storage.
