Description
WorldMe is a social map that helps friends share moments and meet up in real life. Everything happens on the map between people who mutually added each other — nothing is public unless you choose it.
You stay in control at all times. Location sharing is optional, can be turned off anytime, and is only visible to approved friends. Public events never show anyone’s personal location.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• share short stories that appear at your current location for your friends
• leave temporary audio notes for friends to discover nearby
• create events for friends or public groups (public events never reveal user locations)
• chat inside events and plan meet-ups
• see friends who chose to share their location with you
• drop cloud notes on the map to mark places or moments
PRIVACY AND SAFETY
• location sharing is always consent-based
• location is never visible to strangers or the public
• users can report or block others in the app
• users can delete their own content
• terms of use clearly prohibit abusive or harmful content
WorldMe does not track or display the location of anyone without their consent.
