GAME RULES:
This implements the classic "Draw" variant of Dominoes:
• Each player starts with 7 dominoes
• Remaining tiles form the boneyard
• Player with highest double starts
• Players take turns placing matching dominoes on either end of the chain
• If unable to play, draw from boneyard until you can play
• If boneyard is empty and you can't play, you must pass
• First player to play all dominoes wins
• If game is blocked, player with lowest total pip count wins
