How it works
- Scan ingredients: Use the OCR photo scanner to capture an ingredient list from packaging.
- Paste or type: Manually enter ingredients for fast checks.
- Understand results: See whether an ingredient is commonly flagged as Avoid, Caution, or Generally Compatible (depending on available evidence and guidance).
- Browse and learn: Search ingredients and explore avoid/caution lists anytime.
Free vs. Premium
Free users get:
- 3 total ingredient checks (OCR photo scan or manual input). After 3 checks, an upgrade is required to continue scanning/checking.
- Unlimited browsing and searching of Avoid/Caution ingredients (free).
Premium access is available via:
- Annual subscription, or
- One-time payment (lifetime unlock)
Premium users get:
- Unlimited ingredient checks (OCR photo scan and manual input) for both subscription and one-time payment users.
Subscription users also get:
- Ongoing updates with the latest safety guidance and expanded coverage over time.
