Qamal combines tools that simplify the work of an employer and a candidate: digital offboarding, hiring automation, and candidate evaluation using AI. IIN verification: when registering, the employee or employer specifies the IIN (individual) or BIN (legal entity). The system verifies the IIN through a government/partner service, saves the result in encrypted form, and marks it is_verified. The user gives explicit consent before verification.
