Start a session the moment you mount and choose your preferred pace and distance units. Select from preset work distances used in racing programs or create your own. During training, PACE IQ tracks live pace and time while allowing you to run unlimited simulated races (intervals) with a simple tap. Each interval automatically ends at your target distance, ensuring consistent and accurate training efforts.
After every work, review complete performance metrics including average pace, final 500m pace, top speed, and total time. When the session is complete, PACE IQ provides a full ride summary along with a detailed list of every interval performed. All sessions are saved so you can monitor long-term development and compare training days over time.
