Dual Core Tracking: One Tap to Record
1. Contraction Tracking
Tap the "Start/Stop" button at the top of the home screen, and the app automatically generates a contraction list. It fills in contraction time, interval duration, and duration in real time—even if you close the app, your last record will be saved when you reopen it, so no data is lost.
2. Fetal Movement Tracking
Mark fetal movements with a single tap: click the "Add Fetal Movement" button to automatically record the time of movement. You can also note the number of movements (e.g., "3 movements in 10 minutes") to create a fetal movement history log, making it easy to review later or share with your doctor during checkups.

**Accurate Calculations**: Automatically analyzes contraction duration, intervals, and frequency. Displays contraction/fetal movement history clearly, so you can track progress at a glance.
