After logging in, enter your pickup location and destination. You can choose preferences like vehicle type or accessibility.
Get a Fare Estimate & Confirm
You see a fare estimate and approximate driver arrival time. If you agree, tap “Request Ride” to send the request.
Driver Matches & Arrival
Nearby drivers see your request and can accept. Once matched, you’ll see the driver’s name, photo, vehicle details, and real-time approach on the map.
Ride & Navigation
You hop in, and the driver follows the optimal route. You can watch progress on your map, in real time. You can also send notes or special instructions via chat (optional).
Arrival & Payment
When you reach your destination, payment is automatically processed through your chosen method (credit card, mobile wallet). You get a receipt in the app.
Rate & Feedback
After the ride, you rate your driver and leave feedback. This helps maintain service quality for all users.
Safety & Support
Karchois collects ride data (pickup/drop, GPS path, trip metadata) to monitor safety, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes. If you ever have an issue (wrong route, overcharge, lost item), you can contact support via the app.

Karchois operates in Lubbock, Texas (plus wider U.S. expansion) and internationally in Panama, Colombia, and Costa Rica. You may see localized features, pricing, or regulation differences depending on the country.
