Description
iFell – Fall Detection & Heart-Rate Guardian
Stay safer, stay informed – with help from your Apple Watch.
▸ What it does
iFell combines motion-sensor analysis and heart-rate monitoring to detect hard falls and record your cardiovascular response for two minutes afterward. The result? A precise, time-stamped record you can review or share with loved ones and healthcare professionals.
▸ How it works
Continuous fall monitoring is performed on Apple Watch¹. When a fall is detected, iFell automatically triggers a 2-minute heart-rate session, giving you objective data on how your body reacts.
Your iPhone companion app displays live heart rate, last fall-time, and detailed statistics (min / max / average BPM).
All data stays securely on-device and in the Health app – iFell never transmits it to external servers.
▸ Key features
Fall Detection 24/7 – powered by Apple Watch sensors and Apple’s fall-detection algorithms.
Automatic 2-Minute Heart-Rate Capture – no buttons to press after a fall.
Live Dashboard – current BPM, last recorded session, and status indicators for Watch connection & background refresh.
Detailed Stats – review minimum, maximum and average heart rate for each event.
Privacy First – no accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics. Your data belongs to you.
Works offline – records even without cellular or Wi-Fi coverage.
