MCEL is a network of leaders of color serving across a wide range of organizations—school and system leaders, traditional and nontraditional pathways, post-secondary institutions, and private education. The MCEL app is your go-to platform for educational leadership development, designed to support school leaders, educators, and aspiring administrators in shaping the future of learning. Our mission is to cultivate and sustain a strong community of visionary leaders who can drive positive change in education. Through engaging programs, hands-on training, and national events, MCEL equips men of color in education with the tools, support, and network to lead with impact.
