Volition is an app to help disabled people have self-determination and be the Decision Makers in their own lives.
Decision Makers connect with their Circle of Support to collaborate in decision making and care with confidence.
Decision Makers can:
- capture what matters to them and how they want to receive support
- use words, pictures, videos or audio to tell their story
- invite people and agencies they trust to join their Circle of Support
- share important information through Volition and stop repeating themselves over and over again
Supporters can:
- connect with the Decision Makers they support
- learn about them directly from them
- contribute their own insights and observations
- manage Volition on behalf of disabled Decision Makers who may not be able to do this for themselves
Agencies can:
- receive genuine client voice and feedback in real time
- plan and deliver person-directed services
- integrate their own systems with Volition to access data and insights across a service
