Take full control of your Uniden radar detector — with smart automation, geofencing, advanced alert logging, and built-in navigation. Key Features Default Profile Save your detector’s standard settings (all bands, sensitivity, etc.). These defaults apply whenever you leave a geofence or reconnect. Geofenced Profiles Define geofences at the state, province, or (soon) city level. Inside each zone, override settings like band activation, sensitivity, and muting behavior. The app switches profiles automatically as you cross boundaries. Legal Notifications Location-based notifications remind you if radar detectors are legal where you’re driving. Optional and can be turned off in settings. Custom Alert Distance Adjust how far away a custom feed alert will trigger (up to 5 km / 3.1 mi). Navigation Mode Smoothly follows your location as you drive Map rotates to match your driving direction Works with or without an active route Provides the same fluid map movement you expect during turn-by-turn navigation Voice guidance available when routing is active Lockouts & Mute Logic Create GPS lockouts for K/X bands. Mute Ka alerts but allow overrides when a new Ka is detected under your rules. Alert Sessions & Map View Every alert is logged as a “session,” recording band, frequency, time, and GPS path. You can: View full routes on a map See summaries (distance, time, band) Compare multiple sessions (overlay routes) Live Session Details While driving, view a real-time map with pins for start/end, band/frequency info, duration, distance, and your detector’s model/firmware. Detector Dashboard See your detector’s model, main firmware, DSP version, and camera database date in one view. Compatibility Works with Uniden R4, R4W, R8, R8W, R9, R9W and Radenso DS1 User Preferences Toggle between metric and imperial units, enable/disable logging, and adjust interface details like alert banner size and appearance.
