Instantly connect with classmates through our real-time messaging system and complete transactions securely with Buku Payments via Stripe. Our mission is to remove barriers to academic success, extend the lifecycle of academic and lifestyle essentials, and strengthen community in today’s digital era. With The Buku App, campus life becomes more affordable, sustainable, and connected. Getting started is simple. Create your profile using your school email domain (.edu) to join your campus network. Once signed up, you can browse items and services on the home page or post your own listing directly from the footer. Upload photos, add details, and your listing will be available for classmates to view. If something catches your eye, you can add it to your wishlist, add it to your cart for checkout, or message the seller with any questions. When you decide to purchase, simply proceed through checkout using Buku Payments via Stripe, ensuring safe, private, and protected transactions. After your payment is secured, you and the seller will coordinate a time and place to meet on campus through our in-app messaging system. Once the exchange is complete, you’ll confirm the transaction in the chat, which releases the funds safely through Buku Payments via Stripe, protecting both buyer and seller. You can also edit your profile, adjust your settings, and review our Privacy Policy anytime from the profile tab in the footer. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
