Description
This app supports a research study on seizure forecasting in adults using daily electronic diaries. Participants record:
Seizure forecasts
Mood and stress levels
Seizure details
In Phase 2, the app will alert users to collect saliva samples when stress or seizure forecast thresholds are exceeded. Participants complete AM and PM surveys and may use the Embrace Plus wearable to monitor heart rate and sleep.
The study includes two phases:
Phase 1: Screening with daily diary entries.
Phase 2: For participants identified as good forecasters, additional alerts and wearable integration.
