Features & How to Use
1. Home & Collections
Browse new arrivals, trending outfits, and curated edits. Tap any product card to view details, fabric, size guide, and price.
2. Add to Cart & Checkout
Select size > tap “Add to Cart.” Access your cart anytime via the bottom navigation. Checkout securely using UPI, cards, wallets, or COD (Razorpay/PayU).
3. Track Orders
Go to Profile > My Orders > Track Order to see live delivery updates via Delhivery.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Request an exchange or return directly from your order card. The in-app form guides you through Pearloc’s simple return policy.
5. Reviews & Ratings
View verified customer reviews (powered by CusRev) or leave your own after delivery.
6. AI WhatsApp Assistant (Pearly)
Chat on WhatsApp for order tracking, size help, or returns. Accessible via Profile > Help & Support.
7. Notifications & Offers
Receive alerts on new drops, limited-time deals, and order updates. Manage preferences in Settings > Notifications.
