SpartaGo is a new way to get around the City of Spartanburg. We’re a ridesharing service that’s smart, easy, and reliable. When you’re ready to travel, book a ride in the SpartaGo and our technology will pair you with other people headed your way. Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and are operated by specially-trained drivers. Whether you want to run an errand, visit a friend, or need reliable transit to recurring events (work, appointments, etc.), this service will get you there! HOW IT WORKS: - Book a ride on your smart phone by setting your pickup and dropoff addresses, and indicating if you’re riding with any additional passengers. You may also call a booking agent to book your trip over the phone. - You will be given an estimated time when the vehicle will arrive upon booking your trip. The estimated arrival time of the driver will be automatically updated as your vehicle makes its way to meet you. - We’ll give you an automated text or push notification when we’re nearby. - When your driver arrives, please promptly board the vehicle. - There may be others on board, and you may make a few additional stops along the way!
