WorkTrace is a workforce management and productivity app designed for businesses to efficiently manage employees, monitor attendance, and improve team collaboration.
In this beta version, we are testing the multi-role access control, location-based attendance tracking, and end-to-end business flow — from company creation to employee attendance.
Key Features Under Test:
Super Admin Role (New) – Automatically created during registration; can create companies, manage Admins, HRs, and Employees, and view all data.
Admin Role – Can create and manage HRs and Employees; cannot create new companies or Admins.
HR Role – Can create and manage Employees only.
Employee Role – Uses a separate login for attendance tracking.
Location-Based Attendance – Employees can mark attendance only within a defined 300-meter radius of the demo company’s location (Apple Park, Cupertino).
This beta focuses on ensuring smooth login flows, proper data visibility per role, and accurate location handling.
